The building and rooms here are very stylish, with lovely sheets.

Brand-new and compact room with an electronic key card, a flat-screen television, and a study table. Hypoallergenic pillows, big bed. Incredible, stunning location in New York, adjacent to restaurants and night clubs outside, and Close to restaurants.

Our queen room turned out to be cozy and tidy, equipped with 2 double beds. the best part was that everything was within walking distance from here, making the location super convenient – especially with all the affordable tours in Chinatown nearby! 🏮

Excellent hotel, with a very nice staff, good beakfast, excellent location (close to a lot of PUBs, restaurants and the F and J line of the metro). Overall, the cost-benefit was the best I could find with the requirements I was looking for (comfort, individual bethroom, breakfast and location near a metro line).

The staff here were friendly and very helpful, and the location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the Tenement Museum.

I liked the location, my teenage son commented after a trip to the theatre that he was so grateful that we were staying in the Lower East Side where there was a neighborhood to walk around. It gave him a sense of the Real New York experience. Loved the walk each morning to the Cocoabar on Clinton Street.

I was shocked at the space of the room, we could not fit our suitcases in the room so my son had to put one suitcase on top of the wardrobe. We had to totally rearrange the room and clear off all surfaces to accomodate our luggage, It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, for the price it was shocking!

Very good bed, small but obliging staff. The room, though small, was perfectly adequate and had useful things like an iron, ironing board, small refrigerator. The room, while not utterly silent, was pleasantly quiet.

The breakfast room was clean but very small--2 tiny tables, small counter. One conversation between tables fills the room--I took my breakfast back upstairs. But that's a matter of personal preference--I don't think it would necessarily bother everyone. The coffee was fine.

The central location near the train station was the highlight of this vacation home. Additionally, the apartment was clean and well-stocked with all necessary amenities, like a washing machine and air conditioning. Dave, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. His hospitality and knowledge of the city were greatly appreciated.

The atention of the hotel staff

Everything worked fine and the hotel is very good: clean, confortable, good employees, with good localization (near subway)

The fire alarm didnt work very well one day, and everybody neeed to go downstairs.

Staff allowed us to check in early making our trip to New York very enjoyable. The room, while small, was perfect for our needs. Felt like a bed and breakfast.
